Bren VanEtten
Property Manager, HH-Ithaca
Bren VanEtten is the Property Manager at HH-Ithaca, where they oversee both student and conventional housing under the ownership of HH Red Stone. A lifelong resident of the Finger Lakes region, Bren brings over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong commitment to community-focused property management.
In her role, Bren manages day-to-day operations, leads a dedicated team of office and maintenance staff, oversees property budgets, and maintains strong vendor partnerships to ensure efficient service delivery. She also prioritize building strong, responsive relationships with residents—working closely with individuals and families to foster a positive living experience and inclusive community environment.
Her background in market research and deep understanding of local housing needs inform a thoughtful approach to sustainable development and neighborhood engagement. Bren joined the Downtown Ithaca Alliance in 2023 and was voted on the board in 2025. Bren has worked to strengthen collaboration among property managers and local stakeholders.
