Since 2017, HH Fund have been proud to be part of the Ithaca community. Through managing Lakeside Vista, Parkside Vista, Cayuga Place, and Cayuga Lofts, we've built lasting relationships with residents and neighbors alike.
Now, we’re excited to begin the next chapter: reimagining Lakeside Vista into a thoughtfully designed community that reflects Ithaca’s unique character, meets local needs, and respects the natural landscape. For us, this is more than a development project—it’s an opportunity to give back to a place we care deeply about.

About the Project
Located on South Hill, Lakeside Vista is a planned redevelopment of an existing, but aging, housing community. The goal is to create a thoughtfully designed neighborhood that blends modern living with the natural beauty and tranquility of the Finger Lakes, while addressing long-standing infrastructure challenges.
To ensure the new Lakeside Vista reflects the character and values of South Hill, HH Fund and Holt are hosting two community meetings to gather input and feedback. These conversations will help guide a design that respects the neighborhood’s history, meets today’s needs, and ensures the new community is enriching, sustainable, and thoughtfully integrated into South Hill and the greater Ithaca area.
